Overview

Uber is hiring a Sales Representative for their Uber Eats division to engage local small and medium restaurants. You'll lead the sales cycle and negotiate partnerships, focusing on building strong relationships. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and a passion for sales.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a natural at selling and have a deep understanding of the local restaurant scene. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, you are ready to take on the challenge of bringing small and medium restaurants onto the Uber Eats platform. Your intermediate English skills allow you to communicate effectively with partners and colleagues alike. You have a passion for food and technology, and you enjoy negotiating to create win-win situations for both Uber and the restaurants you work with.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-calling and in-person meetings, making at least 50 dials per day to connect with potential partners. Your ability to create a great first impression will be crucial as you act as an ambassador for Uber Eats, developing long-term partnerships and clearly communicating the value of the Uber brand. You will manage contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties. Your success will be measured by achieving and exceeding your monthly quota while proactively building your pipeline and managing weekly metrics.
