Airwallex is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Lead to oversee compliance and risk management in their financial operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and implementing effective monitoring strategies. You have extensive experience in compliance and risk management, particularly within the financial services sector — your background equips you to navigate complex regulatory environments and implement effective monitoring strategies. You possess a strong understanding of transaction monitoring systems and their role in mitigating financial crime risks. Your analytical skills enable you to assess compliance frameworks critically and identify areas for improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of operations. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex compliance requirements clearly to stakeholders. You are motivated by the challenge of maintaining high standards of compliance while supporting business growth.
