You have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in Program Management, operations, business consulting, finance, or a similar analytical role. Your excellent communication skills enable you to engage effectively with both internal and external customers. You possess a deep understanding of the merchant experience, allowing you to leverage data to inform and support your initiatives. You are adept at defining operating structures and processes to implement product strategies, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can lead strategic discussions.
In this role, you will define the operating structure and processes necessary to implement product strategies effectively. You will lead a community of strategic leaders, encouraging significant impacts on the business. Regular communication with key team members across the organization will be essential to ensure alignment on key objectives for the program or product. You will advise product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout their lifecycle, developing end-to-end product rollout plans and managing their implementation. Collaboration with various functional partners, including legal, tax, and policy teams, will be crucial as you prepare products for launch. You will also track core business metrics related to the product and identify key problem areas or geographies impacted post-launch, advocating for insights that drive product improvement.
Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office unless formally approved to work fully remotely. For certain roles, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time. This hybrid work model allows for flexibility while ensuring collaboration and engagement with the team.
