You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for this role. You are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Vehicle Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers on their driveways, providing them with the joy of receiving their new vehicle. Your role will also involve participating in local community events, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process.

You will work closely with your team to ensure that all deliveries are completed efficiently and safely. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers will be key in addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the delivery process. You will also be involved in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicles you deliver, ensuring they meet Carvana's high standards.

In addition to your delivery responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to participate in Carvana's performance-based Careers Not Jobs program. What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and beyond, with the potential to earn up to $19/hr in your first year.
