You have 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, particularly in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). You excel at building relationships and becoming a trusted partner for business stakeholders, ensuring that financial insights are effectively communicated and utilized. Your analytical skills allow you to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions, and you are comfortable coordinating forecasting and budgeting processes with senior leadership. You understand the importance of operational excellence and are committed to driving initiatives that enhance the customer experience for internal stakeholders.

You are proficient in SQL and have a strong background in data analysis, enabling you to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with finance, operations, and people teams to achieve common goals. Your ability to prioritize key risks and growth levers makes you a valuable asset in any financial planning process. You are adaptable and can work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing in-person collaboration with remote work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will set the direction for improving the customer experience for senior stakeholders within the Product & Technology organization. You will be responsible for providing data-driven insights into R&D investments, enabling executives and team leaders to make informed decisions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating forecasting and budgeting processes with VP-level stakeholders, focusing on key levers for growth and investment.

You will establish and maintain positive relationships with business partners, becoming a reliable source of truth for financial data and insights. Your contributions will directly impact MongoDB's success by ensuring that financial and operational data is effectively utilized in decision-making processes. You will also play a key role in headcount planning and optimization, partnering with various teams to align financial strategies with organizational objectives.
