Contentsquare is seeking a Sales Development Operations Manager to optimize their global SDR organization. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Growth Operations teams, focusing on CRM systems and process design. This role requires strong operational skills and a passion for enabling teams through data and automation.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy collaborating with various teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Your analytical mindset allows you to solve operational puzzles and improve processes continuously. You are familiar with CRM systems and have a keen interest in GTM tooling and automation. You understand the importance of data in decision-making and are comfortable working with various data sources to support your initiatives. You are proactive and enjoy taking the initiative to implement changes that enhance team performance. You believe in creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can learn and succeed.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-growing tech company is a plus. Familiarity with sales development processes and metrics will help you excel in this role. Knowledge of tools like Salesforce or HubSpot will be beneficial, as will any experience with data analysis tools.

What you'll do

As the Sales Development Operations Manager, you will be the vital link between Marketing, Sales, and the Growth Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) have the necessary tools, data, and processes to create pipeline efficiently. You will analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions that enhance productivity. You will work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure that SDRs are equipped with the right information to engage prospects effectively. You will also be responsible for training SDRs on new tools and processes, ensuring they are comfortable and confident in their roles. Your role will involve regular reporting on SDR performance metrics, providing insights that will help shape future strategies. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the SDR organization is scalable and optimized for growth. You will be hands-on in designing and implementing operational processes that support the SDR team's success.
