In this role, you will be responsible for the on-site management of the hardware lifecycle of our IT infrastructure. You will work as part of the Operations team, whose primary responsibility is the maintenance and upkeep of the data center infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include server rack installation, performing hardware break-fix on various components, and troubleshooting network issues. You will respond to emergent situations that affect operational stability and ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with established SLAs. You will collaborate with other team members to implement best practices and improve operational efficiency. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in data center operations.
