Associate Principal AI Application Product Manager

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management with a focus on AI applications — you've successfully led projects that integrate AI capabilities into user-centric products. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive user adoption. You understand the importance of UX in product design and have a keen eye for creating intuitive interfaces that meet customer needs. You are comfortable working with data and have a solid understanding of machine learning concepts, enabling you to contribute effectively to AI-driven projects. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in SaaS product management is a plus, as is familiarity with process intelligence technologies. A background in data analytics or a related field would enhance your ability to make data-driven decisions. You are open to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies as they emerge in the AI landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with the AI Apps Team to build and enhance AI applications that deliver significant value to customers. You will work closely with Application Domain Leads to integrate AI capabilities into existing solution suites, ensuring that the applications are both standardized and customizable. Your responsibilities will include designing user-friendly interfaces that facilitate easy adoption of AI applications. You will also develop and monitor machine learning models for predictions, simulations, and anomaly detection, ensuring that they align with business objectives. You will engage with customers to gather feedback and iterate on product features, driving continuous improvement. Additionally, you will partner with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
