Job Description

Who you are

You have 3-5 years of experience in a target-driven sales position, ideally within a complex sales environment. Your strong communication skills in both German and English enable you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives. You understand the nuances of digital transformation and change management, allowing you to act as a trusted advisor to your clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing and IT teams to refine sales strategies and enhance product offerings.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will develop and manage a comprehensive business plan for your region, focusing on acquiring new leads through inbound and self-generated strategies. You will conduct qualification conversations with senior executives, guiding them through the sales process from initial interest to closing deals. Your role will involve demonstrating HubSpot's products, both online and in-person, to showcase their value to potential clients. You will also collaborate with internal teams to adapt sales strategies based on new features and products, ensuring that you meet or exceed your monthly sales quotas.
