TripActions is seeking an Integrations Manager to scale Navan's integration ecosystem and ensure customer success. You'll work closely with internal teams and customer IT stakeholders, applying your technical skills to troubleshoot and implement integrations. This role requires experience with ERP systems and basic SQL knowledge.
You have a strong background in integrations and have spent at least 2 years in a customer-facing role assisting with ERP integrations. Your experience with major ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics has equipped you with the knowledge to understand how data is ingested into these systems. You possess basic SQL skills, allowing you to perform joins between tables and analyze data effectively. Your ability to communicate technical concepts in audience-appropriate terms makes you an effective liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Account Managers, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to drive customer success. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for troubleshooting, ensuring that integration processes run smoothly and efficiently.
As an Integrations Manager at TripActions, you will be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of the integration journey. You will apply your technical and troubleshooting skills to customer engagements, ensuring successful and timely completion of integrations. Your role will involve investigating integration issues using logs and providing clear explanations of root causes to customers. You will own setup steps and ensure that integrations are implemented smoothly, maximizing the usage of Navan's platform. Collaborating with internal teams, you will contribute to documentation and lead training sessions for Account Managers, enhancing their understanding of integrations. You will also support sales conversations when integration expertise is required, helping to shape the future of Navan's integrations to be more self-service and less error-prone. Your feedback will be crucial in improving the overall integration process at Navan, making you a key driver of customer success.
