You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in driving product strategy and execution. You understand the importance of aligning product goals with business objectives and have a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data and insights to inform product decisions, ensuring that user needs are met effectively. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams to align on product strategy and execution. You are comfortable navigating complex UI challenges and have experience working with design teams to create user-friendly products. You are passionate about creating value for users and driving business outcomes through innovative product solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the Uber Pro reward system for drivers, identifying key levers that maximize driver success and business value. You will guide the expansion and tuning of Uber Pro updates as they scale internationally, ensuring that the product meets the diverse needs of drivers across different markets. You will work closely with various teams within Uber, including engineering, data science, and operations, to align on business and product strategy. Your ability to translate user needs and insights into actionable product requirements will be crucial as you distill user problems and write hypotheses to describe desired outcomes. You will also partner with other loyalty teams on the loyalty tech platform, contributing to the overall success of the product.
