Amazon is hiring a KDP Support Analyst to serve as the front-line interface between Amazon and publishers using the Kindle Direct Publishing platform. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

Your clear and polite communication skills enable you to effectively assist publishers and content providers using the Kindle Direct Publishing platform. You are adept at managing your time and meeting productivity goals, demonstrating a sense of urgency in responding to customer inquiries. You understand the importance of following company policies and processes to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately.

Desirable
