What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Certification Operations, you will be the single-threaded owner of the Data Center Learning Certification program, responsible for managing and developing teams of certification professionals. You will lead the creation of high-impact assessment methodologies that ensure our AWS Data Center Communities are equipped with the skills necessary for success. Your role will involve constant collaboration with senior leaders in Data Center Operations, Safety, Security, Logistics, and Planning to align certification efforts with operational needs. You will analyze current certification processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes that enhance the effectiveness of our training programs. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that our certification programs meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.
