Who you are

You have a solid background in procurement operations, demonstrating your ability to drive quality assurance and control in operational tasks. Your experience includes reviewing and correcting purchase requests, change requests, and purchase orders using established processes and procedures. You are adept at identifying inefficiencies and risks, escalating them for resolution through projects. Your collaborative nature allows you to partner effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that operational activities are executed rapidly and compliantly.

You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to review reports on un-invoiced purchase orders and coordinate invoicing from suppliers. You are also experienced in conducting testing in procurement systems, ensuring that all processes adhere to established protocols. Your attention to detail ensures that vendor onboarding requests are reviewed and corrected promptly, facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new vendors.

Desirable

Experience with procurement systems and processes is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance standards in procurement operations. You may also have a background in project management, which would enhance your ability to suggest meaningful improvements in operational quality and compliance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive the rapid and quality execution of key operational tasks within Procurement Operations. You will be responsible for reviewing and correcting purchase requests, change requests, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with established processes. Your role will involve analyzing reports on un-invoiced purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers to facilitate timely invoicing. You will also conduct testing in Tanium’s procurement system, following established processes and procedures to ensure operational integrity.

As you participate in projects, you will leverage your expertise to suggest improvements that enhance the quality and compliance of operations. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that operational activities are executed efficiently and effectively. Your contributions will be vital in driving compliant onboarding of new vendors, ensuring that all vendor onboarding requests are handled in a timely manner.
