You excel at partnering with product managers, designers, and leadership to translate vision into quarterly roadmaps, breaking down complex projects into iterative milestones and leading their delivery.

Your architectural decision-making skills are top-notch, and you uphold engineering best practices while fostering a culture of high-quality code and design. You are adept at owning the design, delivery, and operation of data platforms and financial reporting systems, setting the long-term direction and evolution of these platforms. You also collaborate closely with recruiting teams to identify and attract world-class engineering talent.

You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed, whether it’s reviewing designs and code or diving into technical challenges. Your leadership style encourages collaboration and innovation, making you a key player in the operational backbone of the digital economy.

Owning the design, delivery, and operation of our data platform and financial reporting platform will be a key responsibility, as will setting the long-term direction and evolution of the data platform.

Collaboration will be essential, as you will work closely with recruiting to identify and attract world-class engineering talent. You will also be expected to roll up your sleeves when needed, from reviewing designs and code to addressing technical challenges that arise.
