What you'll do

As a Process Control Specialist at Amazon, you will be the primary escalation point for our warehouses, acting as a crucial link between millions of daily orders and our dedicated Amazon Associates. You will orchestrate fulfilment operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve collaborating directly with Fulfilment Centre partners to provide guidance and support in managing workflow. You will actively engage in driving Amazon Europe's workflow planning, risk mitigation, and cost and capacity management. Your responsibilities will include identifying optimization opportunities within the fulfilment process and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be instrumental in managing the journey of customer orders, ensuring that they are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
