Anthropic is seeking an Account Executive for Beneficial Deployments to lead sales efforts across mission-driven organizations in EMEA. This role requires consultative sales expertise and a passion for social impact.
You have a strong background in sales, particularly within the nonprofit or social impact technology landscape, and you bring established relationships with mission-driven institutions. Your consultative sales expertise allows you to navigate complex deals effectively, and you thrive in environments that require adaptability and strategic thinking. You are energized by building teams from the ground up and have a proven track record of driving revenue while making a positive impact on society. You are comfortable operating with significant autonomy and can manage your time across different time zones while aligning with a global strategy.
Experience in the EMEA market is a plus, as is familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities that mission-driven organizations face. You are passionate about social impact and have a deep understanding of how technology can be leveraged to create beneficial outcomes for society. Your ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities will set you apart in this role.
In this role, you will lead the sales efforts for Anthropic's Beneficial Deployments verticals, focusing on securing strategic partnerships with nonprofits, foundations, INGOs, educational institutions, and social enterprises across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will personally close complex deals while also building and mentoring a high-performing sales team. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies that align with Anthropic's mission and goals, as well as collaborating closely with other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market engagement. You will be expected to leverage your expertise to drive Claude adoption and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
