What you'll do

In this role, you will coordinate a broad range of phone, video, and onsite interviews with hiring teams, executives, and candidates. You will ensure a smooth and positive interview experience for all parties involved. Supporting three or more recruiters, you will handle candidate communications and manage interview logistics effectively. Your organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining a seamless hiring process, and you will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet the hiring needs of the company. You will play a vital role in helping Ripple attract top talent from around the world.
