Business System Analyst - Supply Chain (SAP)

Who you are

You have a strong background in supply chain management and business systems analysis, with at least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles. Your expertise includes working with SAP modules, particularly MM, PP, and EAM/PM, where you've successfully implemented and supported various processes such as MRP, production orders, and inventory management. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to create effective technology solutions that align with business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that you can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and have a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. You are also comfortable working in a hybrid setting, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for creating the technology footprint for supply chain operations, developing a solutions roadmap, and implementing phased approaches to achieve strategic business objectives. You will work closely with the Digital Transformation team to define and build the business IT architecture that supports Waymo's autonomous vehicle fleet operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include setting up and supporting SAP processes, ensuring that MRP, production orders, demand management, and procurement functions are optimized. You will collaborate with various departments, including finance and operations, to ensure that the technology solutions you develop meet their needs. Additionally, you will analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement, leveraging your knowledge of SAP to enhance operational efficiency. You will also participate in training sessions for end-users to ensure they are equipped to utilize the systems effectively.
