Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in clinical quality assurance and a passion for improving mental health care delivery. You understand the importance of evidence-based practices and have experience in supporting healthcare providers to maintain high standards of care. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with clinicians and clients alike, ensuring that everyone has access to the right resources and support. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing complex processes, including provider escalations and investigations stemming from client feedback. You are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to healthcare providers, helping them to deliver high-quality care and achieve professional growth. You will own the processes related to provider escalation, investigation, remediation, and termination, ensuring that all client-reported complaints are handled with care and thoroughness. Monitoring and tracking clinical adverse events will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to respond effectively and maintain the integrity of care delivery. You will collaborate with various teams to implement processes and interventions that enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
