Who you are

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in automotive interior repair and/or glass repair, demonstrating a strong skill set in repairing various materials such as cloth, leather, plastic, and vinyl. Your expertise includes repairing center consoles, seats, dashboards, and headliners, as well as color matching and dying cloth and fabric. You are also proficient in repairing glass, including stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches in windows and windshields. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality repairs that enhance the customer experience.

Desirable

Experience with state-of-the-art tools and technology in automotive repair is a plus. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for customers. A valid driver’s license and the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English are essential for this role.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Interior Repair/Glass Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on automotive interiors and glass. You will utilize your skills to repair damaged upholstery, including cloth, leather, and vinyl, ensuring that all repairs meet the company's standards for quality and customer satisfaction. You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, using advanced tools and techniques to complete your repairs efficiently. Your role may require you to work overtime during busy periods to meet customer demands, ensuring that vehicles are delivered on time. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs to further develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
