Airwallex is seeking a Growth Manager to lead global growth initiatives focused on the revenue funnel. You'll work on strategic projects to enhance user acquisition and retention. This role requires strong expertise in growth strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You have a proven track record in growth management, ideally with experience in driving user acquisition and revenue growth for tech companies. You bring strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, allowing you to make informed decisions that impact the bottom line. Your ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and marketing teams is essential, as you will be working cross-functionally to achieve growth objectives. You are comfortable using AI and other technologies to optimize processes and enhance productivity. Experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus, as is familiarity with integrated financial solutions.
