You have a proven track record in managing client relationships and driving campaign success — your experience in advertising or marketing roles has equipped you with the skills to understand complex client needs and translate them into actionable strategies. You excel in analytical thinking, allowing you to monitor campaign performance effectively and identify areas for improvement. Your strong communication skills enable you to convey insights and updates clearly to both clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration and trust. In this role, you will be at the forefront of client success, managing advertising campaigns for enterprise-level partners. Your responsibilities will include participating in internal kick-off calls to understand campaign requirements and coordinating the launch and ongoing management of campaigns. You will own the regular reporting cadence, tailoring insights to meet the specific needs of advertisers. By developing a deep understanding of clients' marketing goals, you will recommend solutions that align with their objectives and drive investment growth. Acting as a consultant, you will advise clients on tactical adjustments based on performance trends, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. Your role will also involve analyzing data to identify opportunities for performance improvement and increased investment, pitching insights to the broader internal account team to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
