Agiloft is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor to customers in managing their contract lifecycle. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in a SaaS environment.
You are an early- to mid-career SaaS professional with a proven track record in execution and relationship management. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process of customer engagement, from proposing and negotiating contracts to ensuring successful implementations. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their contract management processes. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact, and guiding them through the lifecycle of their contracts. You will also work with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service improvements. Your role will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and retention, as you help clients realize the value of Agiloft's Data-first Agreement Platform.
