You have over 12 years of experience in sales and account management, demonstrating a strong ability to lead teams and manage complex projects. Your background includes a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, where you've successfully guided teams to achieve their objectives. You possess excellent data analysis skills, allowing you to interpret and leverage data to inform strategic decisions and drive growth. Your flexible judgment enables you to navigate the complexities of the field effectively, ensuring that you can adapt to changing circumstances and make informed decisions. You are passionate about continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance existing processes and policies. Your communication skills in both Japanese and English are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
