What you'll do

As a Software Developer Intern at DRW, you will design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary software solutions that drive the firm’s trading and risk management capabilities. You will work on creating decoders that receive raw pack data from various exchanges and translate it into a more accessible form. You will also develop normalizers that take decoded data and build a book for each instrument traded on that exchange. Your role will involve collaborating with other software developers, quantitative traders, and researchers to facilitate communication around executed trades and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will conduct robust research using a data-driven approach to employ statistical analytics on large data sets, identifying innovative solutions to complex problems. Throughout your internship, you will have the opportunity to participate in organized social events to explore London and connect with fellow interns and professionals.
