Overview

Coupang is hiring a QA Engineer to oversee customer service quality management. You'll evaluate customer service processes and provide feedback for improvements. This role requires a bachelor's degree and strong analytical skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You hold a bachelor's degree in humanities or social sciences and possess strong document interpretation and writing skills. Your logical thinking and reasoning abilities enable you to assess customer service processes effectively. You have experience in customer service planning or training, which is a plus, and you can communicate smoothly with various departments within the organization. A keen interest in the retail and e-commerce sectors is essential for this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will evaluate whether customer service representatives provide accurate guidance according to established manuals and evaluation criteria. You will familiarize yourself with Coupang's customer service processes and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities will include submitting evaluation results and feedback in a prescribed format, sharing insights on potential improvements to customer service processes, and ensuring consistent review and inspection of the entire customer service organization based on QA evaluation criteria.
