Overview

Google is seeking a People Operations Specialist to enhance the benefits experience for Googlers. You'll leverage your expertise in stakeholder management and process improvement to deliver exceptional HR operations. This role requires 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting benefits administration and operations. Your background includes building strong relationships with stakeholders or clients, and you excel at identifying issues in processes and creating effective solutions. You possess excellent program and project management skills, along with strong communication and people management abilities. Your problem-solving and critical thinking skills are top-notch, enabling you to navigate complex situations effectively.

Desirable

Experience in managing vendor and extended workforce providers is a plus, as is a proven ability to deliver services and process improvements. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

As a Googler Experience Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional HR operations that enhance the hire-to-retire experience for Googlers. You will collaborate with various teams to run global operations and build a framework for managing user queries and processes to a high standard. Your role will involve using metrics and insights to drive thoughtful workforce planning, making recommendations for program improvements, and ensuring consistent and reliable support across the globe. You will represent the user perspective and surface relevant feedback to partner teams, collaborating on initiatives to address user needs, including content, process, and policy improvements. Additionally, you will develop expertise in HR operations systems, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and consult with partners on necessary changes to systems infrastructure.
