Acumen is seeking an Executive Assistant & Office Administrator to support senior leadership in Mumbai. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in office administration or executive support.
You have at least 5 years of experience in office administration or executive support, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You are proactive and organized, with a talent for multitasking and a commitment to supporting senior leadership. Your experience has equipped you with the skills necessary to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of an office environment.
You thrive in a dynamic setting and are comfortable coordinating schedules across different time zones. Your strong communication skills enable you to arrange and manage both domestic and international travel seamlessly. You understand the importance of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and interactions with senior executives.
You are adaptable and can handle the dual responsibilities of an Executive Assistant and Office Administrator, ensuring that both roles are executed with excellence. Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of leadership make you an invaluable asset to the team.
Experience in a non-profit or social enterprise environment would be a plus, as it aligns with Acumen's mission of building a world based on dignity. Familiarity with tools and software that facilitate office administration and communication would also be beneficial.
In this hybrid role, you will spend 50% of your time as an Executive Assistant to the India Country Director, managing their daily schedule and balancing multiple priorities. You will coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure that all necessary materials are available for discussions. Your role will also involve arranging travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
The other 50% of your time will be dedicated to Office Administration, where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that the office environment is conducive to productivity. You will also assist in organizing events and meetings, contributing to a collaborative and engaging workplace culture.
Your contributions will directly support the senior leadership team in achieving Acumen's mission. You will play a key role in fostering a positive office atmosphere and ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. Your ability to multitask and prioritize will be essential in this fast-paced environment.
