Selling Partners are critical to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices.

The Senior Product Manager role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and acumen. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail, and will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working with multiple partners to envision what will make Sellers successful in LATAM. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by the ambiguity or competing priorities to scale in different geographies. This means you are not only able to own high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

Key job responsibilities
- Own, build and drive the Seller experience with key local and global stakeholders such as legal, accounting, operations and tech.
- Build and manage high quality product roadmaps based on your vision and strategy.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure the right features are built with the right quality at the right time.
- Partner with global product teams to identify and influence development of new products and services.
- Address barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders.
- Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
- Create goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
- Communicate performance, articulate root-cause analysis and link to specific improvement areas.
- Incorporate benchmarking information as well as best practices and lessons learned from other geographies to define best-in-class Seller experience.

- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- - Proficient in Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Dynamic Arrays (e.g., FILTER, SORT), and IFERROR for efficient data analysis. Experienced with Power Query and Power Pivot for data transformation and modeling. Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and What-If tools. Macros and basic VBA scripting.- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Master's degree or equivalent
