SeatGeek is seeking a Senior Associate, HRBP to support various people-related initiatives including performance management and employee relations. You'll work closely with the HRBP team and various stakeholders to implement HR processes. This role requires experience in HR and a collaborative mindset.
You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with experience in performance management and employee relations. You are a credible and influential advisor, able to build trust with employees, managers, and business leaders. You understand the importance of supporting managers in performance assessments, coaching, and recognition, and you are skilled at navigating sensitive employee relations issues. You are eager to develop your career into an HR Business Partner role, supported by a knowledgeable HRBP team and leadership.
Experience in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with HR processes such as calibration, performance reviews, and compensation reviews would be beneficial. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and have a proactive approach to resolving employee relations issues. Your ability to train managers on handling sensitive matters will be a key asset in this role.
In this role, you will act as a trusted confidant to employees and managers, providing guidance on performance management and employee relations. You will support the HRBP team in executing HR operations and processes, ensuring that all documentation and reporting standards are met. Your responsibilities will include partnering with leaders on complex employment matters and helping to resolve employee relations issues. You will also play a critical role in supporting talent development initiatives across the organization, working closely with various teams to foster a positive workplace culture.
