You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, building scalable systems and data pipelines that power critical business functions. You understand the importance of delivering accurate and timely data, and you have a track record of designing robust reporting systems that meet compliance and operational needs.
Your expertise includes proficiency in Java and Python, and you are comfortable working with REST APIs to integrate various services. You have experience with PostgreSQL and AWS, which are essential for the systems you will be developing. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with product, compliance, servicing, and credit teams to define and implement solutions that align with company objectives.
You are a problem solver who can lead engineers through ambiguity and open-ended challenges, providing clarity and direction. You have a strong understanding of system architecture and technical strategy, ensuring that the solutions you design are scalable and extensible.
