What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Flexport's mission by connecting clients and suppliers across multiple countries. You will work closely with account management and customs teams to ensure that logistics goals are met. Your role will involve building and refining operational models that allow Flexport to scale effectively. You will engage with subcontractors, carriers, terminals, and trucking providers to facilitate smooth operations. You will analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in training and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
