You have extensive experience in employment law, ideally with a focus on labor and employment issues across multiple jurisdictions, including the U.S., U.K., Ireland, Australia, and Germany. Your background includes providing legal counsel on employee policies, performance management, and compliance matters. You are adept at collaborating with HR teams and other departments to ensure that the organization adheres to legal standards and best practices. You possess strong analytical skills and can navigate complex legal frameworks while providing clear guidance to stakeholders. You are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and understand the importance of diversity in the workplace. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in corporate compliance initiatives and litigation support is a plus. Familiarity with AI and technology-related employment issues would be beneficial, given Intercom's focus on AI customer service solutions. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders effectively.
