What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the onboarding and implementation of new Consumer Accounts clients, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle. You will plan and schedule project timelines using in-house project management software, ensuring that all tasks are delegated appropriately. Your responsibilities will include assessing and managing risks associated with schedule changes and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise within the project team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns they may have throughout the implementation process.
