HelloFresh is seeking a Head of Healthcare Partnerships to lead the launch and scaling of their Healthcare Program channel. You'll develop go-to-market strategies and secure strategic partnerships across health plans. This role requires strong leadership and business development skills.
You are an entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in business development, particularly in the healthcare sector. With experience in launching new channels, you understand the intricacies of navigating health plans and government nutrition programs. You have a strategic mindset, capable of developing go-to-market strategies that align with company goals. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Nutrition, and Legal, ensures that offerings are market-ready and compliant with regulations.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to translate market insights into actionable revenue goals and phased launch plans. Your experience in managing P&L and designing pricing models demonstrates your financial acumen. You are adept at building and nurturing relationships, steering RFPs, and closing contracts with large health plans, including Medicaid and employer-sponsored offerings.
You have a passion for recruiting and coaching talent, fostering a high-accountability culture within your team. Your leadership style inspires others, and you are committed to developing a small team of account and program managers to drive success in the healthcare partnerships space.
Experience in the food or nutrition industry is a plus, as is familiarity with HIPAA compliance and government regulations. A background in sales playbook creation and strategic partnership development will set you apart.
As the Head of Healthcare Partnerships, you will own the full journey of Factor’s Healthcare Program channel. This includes defining market opportunities and securing strategic partnerships that align with the company’s mission. You will develop the program roadmap, collaborating closely with Product, Nutrition, and Legal teams to ensure offerings are compliant and market-ready.
You will set the growth strategy and targets, translating insights from market analysis into revenue goals and quarterly OKRs. Your role will involve winning and growing contracts by building a pipeline of new opportunities, steering RFPs, and closing large contracts with health plans.
You will design pricing models and manage the P&L, forecasting revenue and driving renewals and expansions. Partnering with Tech, Ops, and Legal, you will implement compliant operations that adhere to HIPAA regulations and CMS guidelines.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will recruit and coach a small team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of Factor’s Healthcare Program channel, ensuring it meets the needs of health plans and government nutrition programs.
