What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the development and execution of Fivetran's global benefits roadmap, ensuring that programs are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. You will coordinate resources and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and accurately. Your responsibilities will include serving as the subject matter expert on benefit programs, providing guidance and support to the People Team, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

You will also analyze the effectiveness of benefits programs, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements that support employee wellbeing and organizational success. Your role will involve regular communication with employees to gather feedback and assess the impact of benefits offerings, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of the workforce.
