What you'll do

As the Director of FP&A at Headway, you will oversee all corporate finance activities, ensuring that the company has a clear understanding of its financial performance. You will operationalize key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide insight into business performance and develop best practices for timely visibility into company metrics. You will partner with various teams to analyze performance data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making processes.
