Headway is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead corporate finance activities and operationalize KPIs for business performance. This role requires strong leadership and strategic decision-making skills.
You have a proven track record in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. You excel in building and managing high-performing teams, ensuring that financial insights drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders. You are passionate about mental health care and are motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in this field.
Experience in a fast-growing startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the mental health or healthcare industry. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for identifying areas of opportunity that can enhance business performance.
