Doctolib is seeking a Lead Partner Quality & Processes to develop and implement standards for collaboration between IT-service partners and internal teams. You'll focus on optimizing onboarding processes and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Experience in change management is essential.
You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in developing and implementing quality standards and process optimizations. Your experience includes analyzing existing processes to identify weaknesses and inefficiencies, and you are skilled in implementing sustainable improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. You understand the importance of fostering a culture of continuous improvement and are adept at coordinating between various stakeholders, including IT-service partners and onboarding teams. Your expertise in change management allows you to effectively lead process workshops and guide teams through transitions. You are committed to establishing a quality mindset among partners and have experience conducting regular quality audits to ensure standards are met.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing standards and process optimizations for the collaboration between our IT-service partners and internal teams during customer onboarding.
