Overview

Corelight is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to drive productivity and confidence within their global sales organization. You'll build and manage cross-functional programs to align training materials with strategic initiatives. This role requires strong collaboration skills and experience in sales enablement.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales enablement, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the complexities of selling technical solutions and can effectively communicate best practices to diverse teams. Your ability to analyze sales methodologies and implement effective training programs sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with go-to-market teams to drive revenue growth. You are data-driven, using metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and make informed decisions. You are passionate about empowering sales professionals and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity or related technical fields is a plus. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies will enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in project management can also be beneficial as you will be leading cross-functional initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales enablement programs that enhance the productivity of the sales team. You will collaborate with various departments to gather insights and best practices, packaging them into effective training materials. Your focus will be on creating a formulaic approach to selling that ensures consistent success across the organization. You will lead initiatives that align with strategic marketing programs, driving revenue growth through effective enablement.
