Celigo is seeking a Director of Sales Operations & Analytics to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making within the sales organization. You have extensive experience in sales operations and analytics, ideally with a background in driving operational efficiency and leveraging data to inform business decisions. Your expertise in AI and analytics allows you to provide actionable insights that enhance sales performance and productivity. You are skilled in architecting data frameworks and analytical models that quantify performance and establish a metrics-driven approach to sales. You understand the importance of aligning KPIs with business goals and have a track record of improving seller effectiveness through data-driven strategies.

You possess strong leadership qualities and are adept at collaborating with sales leadership to optimize processes and refine sales performance metrics. Your ability to operationalize analytics and drive the adoption of automation and AI within the sales organization sets you apart. You are passionate about elevating sales productivity and enabling technology-powered decision-making across teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to achieving targets through innovative solutions.

Desirable

Experience with predictive analytics and AI techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with sales performance measurement processes.
