KnowBe4 is hiring a Channel Development Specialist to collaborate with channel partners' sales teams and drive new sales growth. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

Who you are

You are a Channel Development Specialist with a knack for building relationships and driving sales growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy engaging with partner sales teams to educate them on new product offerings. Your go-getter personality and persistence make you an ideal candidate for this role. You understand the importance of partner engagement and are quick to identify opportunities to win back closed-lost opportunities and increase deal registrations.

You have a strong understanding of sales processes and are passionate about helping partners succeed. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with partner sales reps is key to your success. You are motivated by results and enjoy the challenge of improving partner rep saturation. You believe in the mission of transforming organizations' security culture and are excited to contribute to this goal.

Desirable

Experience in channel sales or partner management is a plus, as is familiarity with cybersecurity products. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and are adaptable to the needs of your partners. A background in sales or business development will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

As a Channel Development Specialist at KnowBe4, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our channel partners' sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to engage partner sales reps, educating them on our new product offerings and helping them understand how to leverage these tools to drive sales. You will work closely with partners to win back closed-lost opportunities and increase deal registrations, ultimately improving partner rep saturation.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with partner sales teams, ensuring they are well-informed about our products and services. Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities for growth and collaboration, allowing you to contribute significantly to our sales objectives. You will also track and report on partner engagement metrics, providing insights to help refine our strategies and improve overall performance.

In this role, you will collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that our partners have the resources they need to succeed. You will participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of our offerings and stay updated on industry trends. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with partners will be essential in driving our channel development initiatives forward.
