Your project management skills enable you to oversee design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that they meet marketing and business needs.

What you'll do

As the Senior Visual Designer at Stay22, you will be the primary guardian of our brand identity, applying and evolving our visual style across all customer touchpoints. You will work closely with the brand and creative lead to translate our brand vision into compelling visual narratives that enhance user experiences. Your role will involve managing design projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deliverables align with our marketing and business objectives.

You will be responsible for creating visually engaging content for various channels, including our website, social media, advertising, and events. Your designs will play a crucial role in reinforcing our brand positioning and driving user engagement. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions.

In addition to your design responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior designers and guide them in their professional development.
