What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Global Operations organization by recruiting top talent for the Stripe Delivery Center (SDC) in Mexico City. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing the offer process. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your role will involve building relationships with candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the hiring process. You will leverage data and insights to refine your recruitment strategies and improve efficiency.
