Manager, Finance & Strategy - Product Finance

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Global R&D workforce management for DoorDash and its acquired companies. You will partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to guide strategic workforce decisions, ensuring that investments align with business goals. You will provide weekly insights to business partners regarding their budget surplus or deficit, helping them understand the headcount movements that drive week-over-week changes. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you build and evaluate headcount scenarios to support decision-making processes. You will also collaborate with Corporate Finance and other teams across acquired companies to optimize investment decisions, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to drive growth.
