Google is seeking a Field Activation Lead for Google Cloud to drive Go-to-Market strategies and enhance customer success. You'll leverage your experience in business enablement and emerging technologies in the Cloud space. This role requires 7 years of experience working with executive-level clients.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 7 years of experience in business or business enablement. Your background includes working with executive-level clients or stakeholders, and you have a proven track record in delivering Go-to-Market (GTM) motions and managing GTM processes, analytics, and reporting. You are familiar with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space, and you have experience in developing business plays for Cloud products. Your ability to work across organizational boundaries and build relationships is key to achieving organizational goals. You also possess skills in content creation and narrative development, which will be essential in this role.
In this role, you will bring your experience and thought leadership to help drive direction, mission, and strategy around Go-to-Market's (GTM's) activation strategy. You will partner with the field to implement changes that drive customer success, ensuring that customer insights are sourced and channeled back to the field to quantify field adoption through success metrics such as opportunities, opportunity conversion rates, and win rates. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Learning and Development, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Partners, and Business, to achieve business goals. Your role will involve interfacing with customers to help them understand Google Cloud’s offerings and gathering their feedback to recommend adaptations as market and customer needs change. You will establish mechanisms for tracking promoter engagement and agreement status resulting from business activation programs, ensuring that all partners in Learning and Enablement, Business, Product, Marketing, and Strategy and Operations are aligned towards achieving business objectives.
