Onsite Medical Representative

Who you are

You have experience in providing medical support in a workplace setting, ideally with a focus on health and safety. You are knowledgeable about OSHA regulations and understand the importance of maintaining a safe work environment. You are comfortable assessing and administering first aid, and you have a proactive approach to managing both occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses. You enjoy working collaboratively with a team and are passionate about advocating for health and wellness principles among your colleagues. You are also skilled in communicating effectively with associates and providing guidance on health-related matters.

What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of associates at your site. You will work closely with the WHS Site Manager and WHS Specialist, attending weekly safety committee meetings and engaging with new hires to promote a culture of safety. Your responsibilities will include assessing and administering first aid as needed, referring associates to outside medical providers when necessary, and participating in case management review meetings. You will also assist with safety operations and support the overall mission of Amazon to become the safest place to work.
