Amazon is hiring a Partner Training Manager to lead training programs that enhance partner performance. You'll focus on optimizing training delivery and establishing evaluation systems. This role requires expertise in stakeholder management and training program development.
You have a strong background in training program development and quality assurance, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Your experience in optimizing training delivery methods will be crucial in ensuring that our outsourcing partners meet Amazon's high operational standards. You are data-driven and can analyze performance metrics to implement targeted solutions that drive continuous improvement.
You excel in building relationships with various teams, including Global outsourcing and Operations, ensuring that training quality standards are consistently met. Your strategic leadership skills enable you to oversee Outsource Training teams effectively, ensuring that performance-based training interventions are delivered at partner locations. You understand the importance of maintaining high-quality standards throughout the associate experience, from partner selection to onboarding and engagement.
Experience in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with operational standards in a global context would be advantageous. A background in data analysis and performance tracking will further enhance your ability to drive improvements across our partner network.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for our Outsource Training Delivery Team, ensuring that training programs are optimized for excellence across partner locations. You will develop and deploy standardized mechanisms for training programs, establishing clear methods for delivery, evaluation, measurement, performance tracking, and reporting. Your ability to analyze performance metrics will be crucial in implementing data-driven improvements that directly impact associate performance and customer satisfaction.
You will support all stages of the Outsource associate experience, maintaining consistently high quality standards. This includes overseeing partner selection, onboarding, engagement, and inspection processes. Your role will involve building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships with Global outsourcing, Operations, and Outsource leadership teams, ensuring that training quality standards are upheld.
You will also be responsible for influencing training quality standards and implementing improvements that enhance the overall effectiveness of our training delivery. Your expertise in stakeholder management will be essential in fostering collaboration and ensuring that all teams are aligned in their goals.
