You are an enthusiastic and energetic individual who thrives in a team environment. As a Lot Attendant, you are self-motivated and take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards. You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are at least 18 years of age and ready to embark on a rewarding career with Carvana.

In your role as a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for inspecting each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns. You will wash and vacuum all inventory regularly, ensuring that every vehicle is presented in the best possible condition. Completing multi-point inspections on arriving inventory will be a key part of your responsibilities, which includes checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests. You will coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Market Hub. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in maintaining Carvana's reputation for excellence.
