As a Head Coach (General Manager), you are the leader, strategist, and mentor of your store. You inspire your team and drive operational excellence while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You understand the importance of using data-driven insights to build healthier communities through real food. You have a strong background in team leadership, food safety, and business performance, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards in all aspects of operations.
You excel in fostering an inclusive culture while coaching talent and using technology to optimize operations and drive profitability. You are committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness, adapting to a dynamic environment as needed. Your ability to analyze reports and manage costs allows you to execute strategic plans effectively, aligning with business goals.
In this role, you will lead your team by balancing people, operations, and business performance.
